Has completed his Bachelor’s of Arts in International Hospitality Administration from The American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) at PESIHM. He has a handful working experience of 4 years . As Assistant PSG in IDS Next Business Solution PVT LTD., Executive in the Operations Department at BGS Global Hospital and also as a Manager at a Fast Food Restaurant. His academic area of interests lies in Sustainable Tourism, Marketing & Photography. Has also rendered service to the public as a DEPUTY DIVISIONAL Warden at CIVIL DEFENCE (Govt. Of INDIA) and as a traffic warden with Bangalore City Traffic Police. His passion and keenness in the subject has lead him to teach the students which lead to him starting his Teaching Profession by joining KLE Institute of Hotel Management , as Assistant Professor. He aims to motivate, guide and promote young and potential researchers on Sustainable Tourism and their practices. Being culinary artist Prof.SHREEHARSHA GL UPADHYA | Finished his bachelor degree of Hospitality Science from Alva’s college of Hotel Management| Started his career from Taj groups as commi 3 and worked for 2 yrs, then worked as commi 1 in carnival cruise lines USA for 1 yr, then worked in Ritz Carlton USA as commi 1 | He was semi finalist of young Chef India. He has awarded with more than 10 awards out of which two international awards. He was a bronze medallist in South Indian Culinary Association .He was awarded as young chef Asia in year 2018 at competition held in Thailand’s Ultimate Chef Challenge. He is also a part of Kitchen Durbar show in Star Suvarna channel where he showcases the recepies of udupi cuisine.
